Dau is the color of strength, integrity, and might. It's the result of tremendous effort and hardship, allowing for a critical mass to tip the scales of power. High Dau creatures are strong, leveraging their natural advantage over weaker opponents or raising a shield to defend their allies. As such, Dau corresponds to either inner and outer strength.
With Rha, Dau includes the element of fire and the season of summer. Activities such as fishing, bonding, or wrestling that include the draw of Rha with the physicality of Dau are also associated with the colors.
With Biz, Dau represents fate, destiny, survival, and nature. Natural selection and survival of the fittest are the hallmarks of these colors.
With Wim, Dau supports the fighter, guardian, soldier, and warrior. But also the threat of attack and the courage to rise to the occasion. Fear is the dominant emotion of these colors.
Glei and Quae are the colors with the least overlap with Dau. Might and skill have always been somewhat at odds, and the high minded aspirations of those colors often conflict with the immediate needs of Dau.
An athlete or pit fighter would be a good example of a Dau-based character. Whistleblowers or conscientious objectors would show the more courageous side of Dau. Tyrants who believe might makes right or the ardent rebels who oppose them could be further examples. Whereas Biz-based characters react to their circumstances, Dau-based characters proactively mold and shape theirs.
Marcus Aurelius might be an atypical example of a Dau-based historical figure. Though he's remembered today as something of a philosopher king (perhaps in the Rha Vei colors), he successfully led a number of military campaigns as the ruler of perhaps the strongest empire of his time. His stoicism, doubt in the divine, and approach to matters of ethics and morality indicate that he's neither a Rha or Ela centered character. And while his meditations give us great insight into the demands placed on a Roman Emperor, his approach strongly suggests a sort of personal conviction or integrity more typical of Dau.

Rha is the color of personality and leadership. It represents the sum of your choices and their consequences on others, expressing who you are and what you stand for. In short, it describes how belief translates into action, and the difficult decisions made along the way.
With Sace, Rha represents love, hate, or other bonds of friendship or passion. It bridges the gap between anger and fire, or emotional intimacy and passions of the flesh.
With Ela, Rha helps define your character or personal style. Some believe that these are the base colors of the soul, or that they're the basis of one's social life and interactions.
With Dau, Rha includes the element of fire and the season of summer. Activities such as fishing, bonding, or wrestling that include the draw of Rha with the physicality of Dau are also associated with the colors.
Pfi and Jutu are the colors with the least associations with Rha. Logic and technology have little concern for your feelings. Rogues most often break with leaders, and so that role is generally in opposition to Rha (and Ela).
A fallen paladin or samurai might be a good example of a character based in Rha. They have strong personalities with Dau and Sace as supporting colors, and a conflict with Ela. Their struggle is how to align their beliefs and actions; once they were leaders, and they can be so again.
In the real world, Einstein might be a good example of a Rha+Pfi character that breaks convention without relying on Sace or Dau. A pop music star might have high Sace, but low Rha, as they remain popular but struggle to differentiate themselves. Hitler would arguably fit the classic mold, having high Rha, Dau, Ela, and Sace.
